Multi-tenant ManagementOperational EfficiencySEO-Driven Growth

Overview

Dapur24 is a multi-tenant culinary business that is currently in its early digital phase—focusing not on customer-facing marketplace features yet, but on building a strong internal system and long-term growth foundation. This project was designed to solve operational inefficiencies while preparing Dapur24 for future scalability.

intro

Background

As a growing multi-tenant F&B operation, Dapur24 manages multiple vendors with different rental agreements, payment schedules, and operational records. Previously, much of this process relied on manual tracking and scattered documentation, making it difficult to maintain consistency and visibility across tenants. At the same time, Dapur24 had minimal online presence, limiting its discoverability and long-term growth potential.

Proof of Concept

Instead of jumping directly into a customer-facing platform, the approach focused on building from the inside out. The priority was to create a system that ensures operational clarity and scalability, while simultaneously developing an SEO layer to support long-term traffic growth. This allows Dapur24 to grow sustainably before expanding into a full marketplace or customer hub.
